    Hi Albert,
How long does the aioli last in the fridge?
    Kind regards

Is it possible to simply use a garlic press instead of a pestle and mortar? Would doing so affect the consistency of the aioli?

In all honesty I have never tried making aioli with a garlic press, so I can´t tell you, however, I am sure it is possible, press the garlic into a bowl and using a whisk blend with the egg and then slowly add in the olive oil as you continue to whisk 🙂 much love

Excellent instruction. Is that a special Spanish bowl (mortar) and wood pounder implement (pestle) for making aioli? Where is it sold/ Many thanks. Dan in Manhattan, NY

In Spain, this is just your standard pestle & mortar, but you can use any type of pestle & mortar to make this aioli, sometimes they have it in amazon, but I rarely have seen it, much love and stay safe 🙂
