French Inspired Simple Green Salad

French Inspired Simple Green Salad

Everybody loves a great salad, their refreshing, satisfying and usually served as a starter or even the main course on a hot summers day. A couple of months ago, I was traveling back to Spain from a family trip to Disneyland Paris. At the half-way point, we stopped in this little town in central-southern France called ¨Saint-Flour¨. As we strolled through the cobblestone streets, we ran into this tiny little French restaurant and decided to have dinner there. I felt like a salad, so I ordered a ¨Simple Salade Vert¨ translated to a simple green salad. Let me tell you it was out-of-this-world good! It inspired me to create my own version of this fantastic salad. Watch the video below on how to easily make this incredible French inspired simple green salad, and take your tastebuds to the Mediterranean in an instant. Salud!
