  • -1/3 cup water

  • -8 slices smoked salmon
  • -8 roasted red bell peppers
  • -onion powder
  • -garlic powder
  • -fresh chives
  • -sea salt

Instructions

  1. To make the homemade wraps add 1 cup of all-purpose flour into a bowl, also add 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt and 1/4 teaspoon white sugar and mix the dry ingredients together, then add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin Spanish olive oil and 1/3 cup of water and mix everything together, once you form a dough get in there with your hands and lightly knead it inside of the bowl between 1-2 minutes or until well combined and shape the dough into a ball

  3. Heat a grilling or frying pan with a medium heat, once the pan get´s hot start cooking the wraps one at a time, between 45 to 50 seconds per side
  4. To fill the wraps, add 1 ounce of goat cheese to each wrap and spread it all over, then add between 1 to 2 slices of smoked salmon on top of the goat cheese, add 2 pieces of roasted red bell peppers on top of the smoked salmon, then season with onion powder, garlic powder, a kiss of sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, then top each one off with a generous portion of finely chopped chives, gently roll each wrap and cut them half

These look so good! I especially love that the wraps are homemade. They’ve been on my list to try forever, but I’ve never made them at home before. I think I need to give it a go!
