Easy Recipe for Patatas Aioli

Patatas Aioli

Patatas Aioli (not to be confused with Patatas Bravas), are one of Spain´s most popular tapas. These boiled potatoes with homemade aioli use the most minimum of ingredients, yet have an incredible flavor. Patatas Aioli are usually consumed cold or at room temperature, and mostly eaten as an appetizer (you could serve them as a side dish with some grilled fish as the main course). Pair this beautiful tapa with a cold beer or a chilled glass of white wine and some crusty bread. Watch our video recipe below on how to easily make this incredibly tasty tapa. Salud!
